CIW Appreciation Soirée: Showing Gratitude to Volunteers and Community Partners

“Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.”  ~Voltaire
Last Thursday, Chicago Ideas Week (CIW) hosted an Appreciation Soirée for our volunteers and Community Partners at Moe’s Cantina in River North.  Without the support of these communities, CIW would not be possible.  Our volunteers and partners assist us with behind-the-scenes coordination and are incredible CIW ambassadors in the public eye.
To show our gratitude, the CIW team scheduled a fun-filled evening with musical entertainment from Violinist Katarina Visnevska and DJ Madrid, massage services from Community Partner Valeo Chicago, a wine tasting by Local Wine Raves, and prize drawings.
Generous prize donations were given by the following organizations:
Thanks to all the outstanding groups and individuals who actively participated in Chicago Ideas Week.  We hope to work with them again for CIW 2013!
