Over the past seven days, Chicago Ideas Week brought more than 200 speakers to 150-plus events across the city. We learned about entrepreneurship from powerhouse leaders like Bethenny Frankel and Will Packer. We imagined a world in which there is a symbiotic relationship between police departments and the communities that they serve. We connected face-to-face with people on the other side of the planet. We explored Chicago from top to bottom and learned from some of the most creative and innovative leaders who are changing the city—and the world.

But there was one key person in making all of this happen: you. Whether you attended an on-stage program, a Lab or another CIW event, your passion, curiosity and imagination is what made this week so amazing.

Chicago Ideas Week is one of the most affordable festivals of its kind in the entire world, with tickets priced at just $15. It’s that accessibility that allows us to bring together a community of curiosity that creates ideas that truly inspire action.

We hope that you take what you learned during the week’s events to create action that changes the world. We hope that you connected with other attendees, speakers and hosts, and you keep those connections going far beyond the week. Most of all, we hope that you keep being curious, and keep inspiring others with that curiosity.
